LA County Food System — Runtime Report (POC)

This tool reads the county's public data services directly and does the geospatial math in the browser — so it can be built and deployed outside the ESRI / Experience Builder environment.

The only thing that isn't data-derived is the per-layer description & units text, which the current widget pulled from a Google Sheet. That sheet was likely moved, so we'll need access to the new one. We could also relocate this content to a database or dashboard to make it less fragile than a spreadsheet, though that's not necessary. See the placeholder cards on the right.
